Our team has extensive continuing care retirement community (CCRC) experience, including constructing and remodeling all aspects of the care component (skilled care, CBRF, assisted (RCAC), and independent living), as well as extensive experience in the specialty areas (memory care, therapy suites, gyms, rehabilitation, wellness, food service, etc.).
We are familiar with the current trends in senior living because of our active involvement in the industry and understanding of residents’ wants and needs.
