VJS Construction Services has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“VJS is honored to be chosen as a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplace for the third year in a row. VJS’ success can be attributed to the commitment and dedication of our employees. I would like to personally thank each and every staff member for making VJS a great place to work. This award truly speaks to the exceptional work ethic our employees demonstrate every day,” said Craig Jorgensen, VJS President.
Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal — only 150 companies made this year’s list. Check out the Top Workplaces winners this year by visiting the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s website.
