VJS Construction Services has been awarded a Best Places to Work 2020 honor by The Milwaukee Business Journal. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Quantum Workplace.
Employee scores were measured on how favorably they responded to questions in core areas including personal engagement, communication and resources, teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers and senior leaders, manager effectiveness, job satisfaction, etc.
“VJS is honored to be chosen as a Business Journal Best Place to Work for the third year in a row. VJS’ success can be attributed to the commitment and dedication of our employees. I would like to personally thank each and every staff member for making VJS a great place to work. This award truly speaks to the exceptional work ethic our employees demonstrate every day,” said Craig Jorgensen, VJS President.
Being named a Best Place to Work is a big deal — only 63 companies made this year’s list. Check out the full list of winners this year by visiting the Milwaukee Business Journal’s website
