The project, led by W.E. O’Neil Construction for developer Hines, features 333 luxury apartments and an array of amenities including retail space, a dog spa, outdoor deck, club room, coworking spaces, and a fitness center.
What set this project apart was our team’s groundbreaking approach – implementing four-day pour sequences. This innovative method allowed us to pour a new floor every four days, significantly accelerating the construction process. As a result, we completed the structure of 333 Water in a remarkable three months ahead of the projected concrete construction timeline. This achievement not only demonstrates our concrete expertise but also our commitment to efficiency and cutting-edge construction techniques.
