Meet Israel Hernandez, one of our apprentices, who has been exploring his passion for the trades with our team at Jerstad Agerholm Middle School. Israel’s journey is a testament to the power of early exposure and practical experience in shaping career paths. “He was a kid starting right out of high school, so he had the passion to work right away, so to build off of that was great,” said Brian McGraw, Foreman. “He’s learned a lot so far and he’s progressed great. Everything I asked him to do, he’s done.”
Apprentices like Israel not only gain invaluable skills but also contribute directly to meaningful projects within their communities, such as the construction of new school buildings.
