Bailey Copeland has been awarded a 40 Under 40 honor by The Milwaukee Business Journal, a list that includes young business and community leaders from throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
During her time at VJS, Bailey has continued to exemplify VJS’ slogan of “Building with Purpose. Changing Lives” both at work and in her personal endeavors. With more than 14 years with VJS Development Group, Bailey has gained extensive commercial real estate experience in the areas of development, development management, leasing, sales, acquisitions, entitlements, property management and marketing.
She has led the charge of many high profile projects and has been instrumental in VJS Development Group’s growth. She has also been exceptionally engaged in NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Association, and REACH, Real Estate Alliance for Charity, sharing her time and talent with the broader community.
