This manufacturing addition includes concrete footings and foundation walls with tilt-up concrete wall panels and structural steel. The exterior precast was stained to match the existing exterior for a seamless transition. The project also included a thermally broken aluminum-framed window system, two overhead doors and restrooms, and the relocation of a clean room.
