Manufacturing Addition

PROJECT SCOPE

This project included an addition to the existing manufacturing facility housing design, engineering, and manufacturing of chemical processing equipment. The bulk of the addition extends the manufacturing portion of the business and includes offices and conference space.

EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS 

The existing facility remained fully operational during construction. There was regular communication between VJS and the Owner on the schedule of what work was being performed.  When it came time to cut the openings between the new and existing facility, a solid, dustproof enclosure was built on the existing side to ensure operations were not disrupted and no construction debris entered their facility. The temporary structure was taken down after the openings were complete and cleaned up.
