West Wood Renovations

PROJECT SCOPE

This project includes six phases of renovations. The 13,393-square-foot Health & Fitness Center renovation adds a new reception area, Pilates and yoga studios, a physical therapy suite, and an expanded wellness area with upgraded HVAC and life-safety systems. 

The 7,643-square-foot third-floor renovation creates a Bariatrics Clinic with new offices, exam rooms, and a demonstration kitchen. Phased construction ensures operations continue while generating revenue from the new studios.
