This project involves selective demolition and replacement of doors/frames, flooring, ceiling, stage front, acoustic wall panels, handrails, and lighting. We will also install 50 fabric-wrapped sound absorption panels, a 2,858 square foot stage, a 1,010 square foot standing room section in front of the stage, 7,256 square feet of seating for 932 fixed chairs, and a 750 square foot auditorium lobby.
