This project includes a five-story, 285,513-square-foot apartment complex. The complex comprises 261 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. There are 119,113 square feet of parking over five floors. The exterior scope will include two courtyards, a swimming pool, patio/grilling areas, as well as a dog park. Interior amenities will include a fitness center with a sauna, bike storage, co-working space with a conference room, and a mailroom.
