EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS
Our preconstruction process included numerous budget reviews and updates along with careful value analysis to ensure the final project budget matched the projected fundraising efforts. The ongoing construction duration was estimated at 17 weeks. VJS began construction on June 1 with a construction timeline eight weeks less than originally scheduled. Through extensive coordination and collaboration with the architect and subcontractors, VJS was able to provide the district with a flexible and adaptable approach that included drawing upon our extensive resources and depth of manpower to meet the aggressive schedule without sacrificing quality.
