Tenant Buildout

Majic Productions was awarded one of the Milwaukee Business Journals ‘Coolest Places to Work’. An existing industrial building was turned into an innovative office area for one of the Milwaukee Area’s fastest growing audio visual production companies. Amenities include dog doors for the office dog, game room, treadmill desks, video wall, and specialty lighting.

The design included flexible work spaces with multiple breakout meeting areas with an eclectic design featuring various textures and colors, making this space feel very alive and energetic.
