COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
VJS provides communication and neighborhood outreach support services to numerous clients and school districts.
We have collaborated in different ways to assist our clients in developing solid strategies for stakeholder involvement, neighborhood outreach, and project communication.
At VJS, we work with you to develop a solid approach that increases understanding and awareness. This includes communicating project-related information to stakeholders and the neighborhood through strategy, coordination of public meetings and community workshops, project information newsletters, social media strategies, videos, events, and website materials.
IAP2 Spectrum of Public Participation
Our community engagement team is led by an experienced and certified International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) professional.
The IAP2 spectrum for public engagement serves as a valuable guide in determining community involvement in the problem-solving or decision-making process by increasing public understanding and applying that input to the overall decision-making process. This communication earns trust throughout communities and from stakeholders, resulting in successful outcomes for the district and community.
At VJS, we work in tandem with our clients to develop communication strategies to educate and inform all stakeholders.
