PROJECT SCOPE
Demolition and renovation of an existing 37,000 square foot garage and office space. The project consisted of 10,200 square foot addition of office space and a 67,500 square foot addition of garage space. The project also included an addition of 115 stall remote parking area. All new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fluid systems were installed.
