PROJECT SCOPE

This project involved a complete renovation of Hangar 8 at Chicago Executive Airport, transforming 9,000 square feet of hangar space and a two-story, 4,000-square-foot office area. Upgrades included new fans, insulation, vision glass, epoxy flooring, lighting, and MEP systems.

The office renovation featured multiple offices, a lounge, a wet bar, a shop, restrooms, and conference rooms; all finished with high-end materials, a light color palette, and sleek, modern millwork and furniture for an inviting and elegant space.
